FAQ: Everything You Need to Know About GetHovr
1. Is it difficult to install a GetHovr hammock at home?
Not at all. Our hammocks are designed to be ready to use. Each order includes a complete suspension kit and simplified instructions. Installation typically takes less than 15 minutes.
2. How strong is the hammock? What is the weight capacity?
Safety is our priority. Our hammocks are made from high-density fabric with triple-stitched seams. Depending on the model, they can safely support between 120 kg and 150 kg.
3. I’m afraid of falling or the hammock flipping over. Is it stable?
The GetHovr ergonomic design wraps around you and lowers your center of gravity. Unlike traditional spreader-bar hammocks, our design prevents accidental tipping for maximum stability.
4. What are the exact delivery times for the United Kingdom?
We maintain a strict shipping policy to ensure reliability:
Order processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time: 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total estimated delivery time: You will receive your order within 3 to 7 business days.
5. Can I leave my GetHovr hammock outside all year round?
Our materials are treated to resist UV rays and moisture.
However, to extend the life of your hammock, we recommend storing it in its provided carry bag during heavy rain or throughout the winter months.
6. Is the hammock comfortable for the back?
Yes. By contouring to your body shape, a GetHovr hammock removes pressure points from the spine, promoting muscle relaxation far superior to a standard mattress.
7. What happens if the product does not suit me?
You have 14 business days from the date of receipt to request a return. Contact us at hello@gethovr.co.uk. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
8. How do I maintain and wash my hammock?
It is very simple. Our models are machine washable on a gentle cycle (30°C) using a laundry bag. They should be air-dried only (do not use a tumble dryer).
9. Does the hammock take up much space when stored?
No, this is one of its main advantages. Once folded into its integrated pouch, a GetHovr hammock is no larger than a small football and weighs less than 1 kg.
10. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You can track your package in real-time on our "Order Tracking" page. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours.
