Is it difficult to set up a GetHovr hammock?+

Not at all. Every order includes a complete hanging kit and clear instructions. Setup typically takes less than 15 minutes.

What is the weight capacity?+

Our hammocks are made from high-density fabric with triple stitching. Depending on the model, they safely support between 180 kg and 250 kg.

How long does delivery take?+

We offer free standard delivery across the UK. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and transit is 2 to 5 business days. You can expect your hammock within 3 to 7 business days.

What if it doesn't suit me?+

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at hello@gethovr.co.uk to start the process.

Can I leave my hammock outside all year?+

Our fabrics are UV and moisture resistant, but we recommend storing your hammock in the included carry bag during heavy rain or winter months to keep it in top condition.
